RESO DEL PRODOTTO

Il costo per rispedire indietro l'oggetto è carico dell'acquirente.
Il rimborso viene effettuato sullo stesso metodo di pagamento sul quale è stato effettuato l'ordine, nel caso di bonifici e contrassegni l'utente dovrà indicare via e-mail un IBAN su cui effettuare bonifico.


Informazioni sul Diritto di Recesso:

Ai sensi del Diritto di recesso - art. 64 D.Lgs. n. 206 del 06/09/2005 l'acquirente ha diritto a restituire l'oggetto, senza necessità di specificarne il motivo, se sussistono i seguenti requisiti:
- non sono trascorsi più di 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione della merce da parte dell'acquirente;
- l'oggetto viene restituito integro (ossia non usato e completo di tutti gli imballi e accessori originali).
Soddisfatte le surriferite condizioni di legge l'acquirente ha diritto ad essere rimborsato dell’importo pagato per l’oggetto acquistato in circa 14 giorni di calendario.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


If you do not like the item you ordered, you can return the product by sending an email to shop@shoescompany.com indicating your name, order number and the item you wish to return.
You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return the item.

The return cost is the responsibility of the buyer, who will send the package through a courier of their choice.
The return address is: Shoes & Company, via Enrico Mattei no. 173, 62914 Corridonia (MC).
Requests for returns must be communicated in advance to the email shop@shoescompany.com.
Please wait for confirmation of the return acceptance before proceeding with the shipment.

We accept only intact and unused items, complete with all original packaging, labels, tags, seals and accessories.
To return the product use the same packaging with which you received the goods. We do not accept multiple packages.

If the item you ordered is not the right size, please return the item easily and free of charge and proceed immediately with a new order!

The refund is made on the same payment method on which the order was made. In case of bank transfers and cash on delivery, the user must indicate via e-mail an IBAN to which to make the transfer.

 

REFUND

Once we have received and verified your return, we will make a refund. The process can take up to 10 business days.

 

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your package and refund.
  • The value of the item will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used, Pay Pal or to your IBAN directly by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
  • In case of payment by cash on delivery, you will have to provide us with an IBAN in the return request email on which you can make the refund.
    The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.
  • In case of purchase with shipping costs, only the value of the item will be refunded.
